Items of correspondence that have been fully processed and tagged complete by the system may be retained in the system for future reference in the Correspondence Archives. These items are transferred from the list of active files to the Correspondence Archives file and are no longer included when a correspondence list is displayed.
The archived records may, however, be accessed and displayed by selecting the Archives view. You will use options available at the File menu to generate new archives, purge existing archives or to locate records stored in this file. |
