- Complaints -

Correspondence items that deal specifically with Complaints are identified in a special way in ProVue.  Detailed information about the Complaint may be entered and subsequently tracked in ProVue.  The system can handle a single Complaint that deals with an isolated incident, and it can also link a group of Complaints that deal with a single issue.   A system-generated number may be used to identify each Complaint.

Tracking Complaints in ProVue allows you to give priority status to important concerns or grievances stated by your contacts.  Complaints may be about a specific location, an individual, a group of persons or an organization.  Information about each person involved in a complaint can be stored to maintain a complete profile on each case.

Records can be easily linked to the related Correspondence Referral information to determine the various actions that are being carried out by persons or departments in response to a particular Complaint.
