ProVue’s Import feature allows you to transfer data from an external source to the ProVue database.  Use the feature to easily load mailing lists and other similar types of data that you want to access with ProVue.

Your decision to use the import feature instead of entering records individually will usually depend on the number of records you want to add to the database as well as the reliability of the data source.

You will map data fields from the external source directly to fields in ProVue using one of the available text file formats.  ProVue’s Import Wizard will guide you through the import process.
