Once you have entered records in the system, you are not only able to sort the information and display it using one of the views provided, but you can also identify records which match specific search criteria and create an Extract list to be used in mailings.   Extract lists can be generated from the Person and Business Directories, the Person and Business Contacts, the Correspondences, and the Correspondence Archives views.

For example, you can locate all individuals who have expressed an interest in a particular issue and send them information related to their specific interest.
