The Business Contact view provides you with a powerful tool to work with information related to organizations that are considered contacts.   You can define and categorize organizations and the interests of members and executive officers in any way you desire.

Organizations that are entered in the system through the Business Directory or Correspondence views are not considered contacts in ProVue until additional classification information has been assigned using the Business Contact view.  This transforms basic organization name and address data into useful contact information and allows you to identify and address, in a very specific way, the unique characteristics of each Business Contact.

You can handle the processing of Correspondence, work with Referrals, and maintain mailing history logs while using the Business Contact view.  ProVue is fully integrated with your word processing software so you can easily merge and print letters or labels for those on your Business Contact list.
