Use the Business Directory to store the names and addresses of all companies, organizations, agencies or associations.   Regardless of the source, the name and address information for each business is entered and stored only once.   When necessary, you may select and link each organization record to other records in the system.

In a similar manner, the Person Directory stores the names and addresses of individuals; these persons may or may not be associated with organizations in the system.
