The Person Contact view provides you with a powerful tool to work with information related to clients, constituents, association members, executive personnel or any other kind of contact.   You can define and categorize people, their interests and their organization affiliation in any way you desire.

Individuals who have been entered in the system through the Person Directory or Correspondence views are not considered contacts in ProVue until additional classification information has been assigned using the Person Contact view.   This transforms basic personal name and address data into useful contact information and allows you to identify and address, in a very specific way, the diverse characteristics and interests of each Person Contact.

You can handle the processing of Correspondence, work with Referrals, and maintain mailing history logs while using the Person Contact view.   ProVue is fully integrated with your word processing software so you can easily merge and print letters or labels for those on your Person Contact list.
