Two methods are available to print reports in ProVue. You may use the eight prepared reports included in ProVue or you may design and save your own reports using the Report Wizard. The report features are accessible from the File menu when the Person Contact, Business Contact, or Correspondence View is selected. Prepared Reports The eight prepared report specifications available in ProVue provide reports for the routine functions required to manage correspondence. Report Wizard ProVue has a built-in data access and reporting tool that allows you to create custom reports that select, summarize, and present information in a variety of ways. This reporting feature provides users with a flexible, easy-to-use method of retrieving any information from the system. The panels presented will allow you to do the following:
The Wizard will take you step by step through the process of generating a report. No programming knowledge is needed to create reports in ProVue. The Report Wizard takes you through a series of steps as you qualify records for output. Whether you are a novice or pro with computers, you will find yourself generating even the most complex reports in a short while. |
